Waccamaw Indian People guitarists Bob Fuler, Tim Harwell, Harold “Buster” Hatcher, Phil White perform with friends and Catawba artist Rhyna Simmers performs the hoop dance throughout the day as part of the Center’s 11th Annual Winter Native American Art & Craft Festival.
